Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Our clients don’t need to be home during their cleans because we always schedule a pre-visit beforehand. During this visit, we get to know your space, understand your priorities, and note any special instructions. After that, you can relax knowing everything is taken care of exactly the way you like.

How many cleaners will come to my home?
It depends on the size and scope of the service booked. For regular home cleans, we usually send two team members. For deep cleans, end-of-lease, or larger homes, we may send a bigger team to ensure we complete everything efficiently and thoroughly.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No need! We bring our own professional-grade, cleaning products and clean microfibre cloths to every job. We also bring our own vacuum and mop.

What areas do you service?
We currently service the Northern Beaches, North Shore, and North Sydney areas. If you're outside this zone, feel free to reach out, we may still be able to assist or refer you to someone we trust.

 

What are your rates?
Our minimum booking is 2 hours. Rates vary based on the type of service, location, and frequency. For a personalised quote, please get in touch with us.

Can I request a specific cleaner?
Yes, wherever possible we try to provide continuity by assigning the same cleaners to your regular booking. This allows them to get familiar with your home and your preferences. In case of staff absence, we will inform you and send a fully trained replacement.

Are you insured?
We’re fully insured with public liability to protect your home and give you peace of mind.

What if I’m not happy with the service?
Client satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We’ll happily return and make it right — no extra charge.

Do you offer once-off cleaning services?
Yes! We offer one-off deep cleans, pre-party or post-event cleans, and spring cleans. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll tailor the job to suit you.

How do I pay?
We accept EFT/bank transfers, card payments (Visa & Mastercard) with a small surcharge, and cash, which must be added to our system on the same day. You will receive an invoice after each service.
