Shelly, the CEO, arrived in Australia with courage, hope, and a strong work ethic. In 2008, she took her first step towards building something meaningful. While working as both a cleaner and a chef, she carried a deep desire to one day create her own business, one where clients weren’t just "jobs," but people with real needs, unique homes, and busy lives.
She realised that the true recipe for success wasn’t in the kitchen, it was in her passion for care, attention to detail, and connection. And so, Beyond Sparkling Cleaning was born.
What started as a one-woman operation is now a thriving team of over 10 dedicated staff, with branded vehicles proudly serving clients across the North Shore, Northern Beaches and North Sydney.
